Career

A skilled tradesman, Bradley began his career as a joiner, specialising in boat restoration in Cornwall. He gained valuable experience working on traditional wooden boats, repairing hulls and fitting rudders and tillers. After relocating to Bournemouth, he transitioned into recruitment, initially in the defence sector. His expertise and passion for supporting businesses married well with helping startups scale and grow into successful businesses.

Social

Outside of work, Bradley embraces a variety of interests. He cherishes quality time with family and friends, exploring new adventures together. He’s an avid reader, particularly drawn to philosophical works. Cooking is another passion, and he often spends evenings in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and enjoying a glass of wine. On weekends, you’ll likely find him cheering on Chelsea and Harlequins or following the excitement of Formula 1.
