Hard to believe, but it’s true …. I’m single ladies !
Tom’s background is with De Vere Hotels and Village Urban Resorts – with 3 years F&B Management experience Tom joined Platinum in 2015 and now recruits within the Regional division looking after both Dorset & Hampshire. Having grown up, lived and worked in the area, he has first-hand knowledge of the Clients he now works alongside.
Outside of work, I like to keep busy and at weekends I try to be outdoors – camping, climbing, walking, or in a Pub garden! Holidays are usually similar; last summer involved Europe’s longest Zip Line, climbing Tryfan and Ben Nevis, and white-water rafting in Scotland. Any downtime I get is spent visiting family and friends, and enjoying the quieter side of life.
Platinum supported me when I was in the industry – I relied on Platinum’s Relief Chefs to help me pull off countless events, so I have first-hand knowledge of the outstanding service we provide. For me, career progression is key, so it’s great being part of a company that invests so much time into developing its team.
