Key Responsibilities:

As Head Chef, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen, including:

• Overseeing daily kitchen operations from preparation through to service
• Leading, training and motivating the kitchen team
• Ensuring kitchen procedures are followed
• Preparing and cooking high-quality food to a consistent standard
• Managing customer requests and dietary requirements
• Ensuring efficient service during busy periods
• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
• Managing stock levels, inventory and supplier orders

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced kitchen leader with:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
• A genuine passion for quality food and culinary creativity
• The ability to lead and motivate a small kitchen team
• Strong organisation and communication skills
