We’re recruiting a chef for a popular café in Stow-on-the-wold, serving quality breakfast and brunch dishes in a relaxed and welcoming environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing hospitality business in Stow-on-the-wold, where fresh produce, great coffee, and exceptional guest experiences are at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

As the Chef, you’ll take ownership of the breakfast and brunch service, including:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard
• Managing the kitchen independently during service
• Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are always met
• Supporting stock control and minimising waste

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a talented Breakfast chef who can deliver brilliant breakfast and brunch dishes with pace, consistency, and pride in presentation.

• Previous experience cooking breakfast and brunch in a busy kitchen
• Ability to work confidently as a sole chef
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
• Experience as a Chef De Partie would be beneficial
