Career

After completing a Hospitality Management HND in 2000, Rachael joined Compass and worked at many of the UK’s largest sporting events.

Rachael joined the Platinum family in 2011 with a passion for recruitment. She has since dedicated herself to building relationships with existing clients and developing new partnerships, all in the name of growing the business.

Rachael’s career at Platinum has been nothing short of meteoric. In just seven years, she has risen from Partner to Director of Business Development to Director/Owner. Along the way, she has consistently exceeded expectations, driving growth in both the regional and chef divisions. She is also a gifted organiser, and her Trade Show diary is always packed with events.

Rachael is a true asset to Platinum, and her passion for recruitment is contagious. She is always looking for new ways to grow the business and help her clients succeed.

“My life is all about my family, in particular the 3 men in my life that keep me very busy! From spending quality time with my husband and sharing our love of food and wine to exploring new parts of the country and the beautiful area we’re lucky enough to live in.

Life is always a juggle but my 2 boys are the focus for my future, presenting every opportunity and developing them into kind, caring and successful young men in whatever life path they take.

As a Mum, I have a busy time ahead! When I have time to relax, I enjoy Yoga, playing the piano and socially organising friends and family to get together.”
