However, after meeting her husband, Shannon decided that working 60 hours a week was not sustainable. She made the switch to recruitment, and within 3 years, she became a certified recruiter.
Shannon now specializes in helping staff across Hampshire find their dream jobs. She is passionate about helping people find the right fit for their skills and experience.
