I used to do competitive swimming for one of Somerset’s biggest clubs. I was also on Masterchef the Professionals 2011.

Career

Leah has had the privilege of experiencing two dynamic career paths since the age of 16. She started her culinary journey as a chef de partie, and worked her way up to head chef at some of the best restaurants in the UK, including The Ritz Hotel, Hotel Terravina, and The Pig in Brockenhurst.

Leah loved the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of the kitchen, but she knew she wanted to build a family that she could love wholeheartedly. So, in 2015, she transitioned into hospitality recruitment.

As a recruiter, Leah has unlocked new opportunities for candidates and clients all around Hampshire. She is passionate about helping people find their dream jobs, and she loves building relationships with people from all walks of life.

Leah is a natural leader, and she is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients and candidates. She is also a great listener, and she always takes the time to understand her client’s needs.

“When I’m not working, you can find me exploring the world with my little boy. We love camping, carp fishing, formula one, walks on the beach, and swimming.

I’m also a big fan of local produce and eateries and enjoy discovering new breweries, cafes, and bean roasters in Hampshire (did you know there is a lake in Hampshire with a floating cafe on it?)

A firm believer in self-care, I’m always changing my hair colour or getting a new tattoo. I love to read, especially books by John Green and Jojo Moyes. My ideal day would revolve around relaxation… going for a walk, baking cakes and watching the sunset.”
