Career

Shannon started her career in the hospitality industry at the age of 16 as a chef. She worked her way up through the ranks over 8 years, eventually becoming a head chef in a luxury care home.

However, after meeting her husband, Shannon decided that working 60 hours a week was not sustainable. She made the switch to recruitment, and within 3 years, she became a certified recruiter.

Shannon now specializes in helping staff across Hampshire find their dream jobs. She is passionate about helping people find the right fit for their skills and experience. She is also a strong advocate for work-life balance, and she helps her clients find jobs that allow them to have a fulfilling personal life.
