After spending 5 years manning the Bar in the beautifully located FJB Haven Hotel in Sandbanks, Dorset, Jason joined Platinum’s Pubs and Bars division in August 2015. After relocating from Carlisle, Jason quickly worked his way up through the ranks to Bars Manager. Looking for a change of vocation whilst keeping it in line with his hospitality career to date he joined the Pubs and Bars division and is using his experience to help recruit into the industry he loves.
