Key Responsibilities:

• This varied role involves supporting the Head Chef in culinary and administrative tasks, ensuring high standards during service.
• Responsibilities include:
• Using Re-gen or Rational ovens and managing large plated functions.
• Running the pass during busy A la carte services and overseeing smaller banquets.
• Managing food costs, GP, and maintaining food hygiene standards.
• Training and inspiring team members to deliver consistently excellent food.
• Confidently handling menu tastings and client conversations in the Head Chef’s absence.

What we’re looking for:

• A dedicated culinary professional with experience in large plated functions and kitchen management.
• Strong knowledge of food costs, GP, and food hygiene (Level 3 and allergens).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate the team.
• Confident in system use, including Microsoft packages, Fourth, and Procure Wizard.
• A full driving licence would be advantageous given the remote site location, but isnt essential.
