A Glimpse into Ollie’s Career

Ollie spent around 19 years as a chef, mostly working at 3 Rosette and 1 Michelin-star level. He has worked in locations such as Morocco and New York. At the age of 26, he earned his own Michelin star for his innovative dishes featuring wild ingredients and offal. In 2022, Ollie swapped his chef whites for a well-ironed shirt, joining Platinum’s Southampton office to recruit talented chefs across the area.

Ollie is passionate about live music, especially rock and metal, and spends much of his free time watching football. #KTBFFH
