Salary / Rate of pay: £55,000 to £65,000 + Targeted Bonus

Package

• £55,000 to £65,000
• 12.5% bonus of salary subject to performance

What’s involved?

As the Head Chef, you will work as part of a large culinary team. You will deliver exceptional service to the Members and Guests. Provide culinary excellence, ensuring that they are meeting expectations and consistently WOWING Members. Provide pro-active business-driven leadership to the Kitchen team, whilst assuming overall responsibility for their daily operational effectiveness. Drive a commitment to excellence in the service provided whilst achieving optimum profitability.

Please note that we are only accepting applications with proven Head Chef experience within a similar operation or large 5 star hotels.
