After 8 years working as Head Chef in a country house hotel in the Cotswolds, Jo relocated to the south coast & found himself obsessing about staying in the industry he loves but without pressures and time restraints of working in the kitchen. After working for Platinum as a temporary chef, he was welcomed as a permanent member of the Chef division in 2009 where he’s thrived and now runs a very successful desk with many happy clients.
