Meet Harley Dawkins, who leads Talent Acquisition for Platinum’s Chefs team.
With a background in sales and a growing recruitment career, Harley connects chefs with roles across the UK while building his knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Harley has ticked off four continents in one year, travelling across Africa, mainland Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia.
Harley joined Platinum Recruitment early in his career, bringing previous sales experience.
Now working within our nationwide Chefs team, he finds and engages hospitality talent across the UK. Since joining Platinum, Harley has built his recruitment knowledge and learned from the team around him.
Outside work, Harley spends a lot of his time playing sport, with basketball, football, golf and padel all making the list.
He also owns a very stroppy miniature sausage dog and enjoys the occasional rave or festival when he is not travelling or on a court, course, or pitch.
