I’ve represented Dorset at golf since 1997 and became Dorset County Champion in 2010 & 2011.

Hospitality

Tom joined the team in 2013 after a successful career managing some of south coasts best and busiest restaurants. Having been brought up within the hospitality industry with his parents managing hotels from the northeast of England to the south coast, Tom has great knowledge of both the hotel, restaurant and bars industry. Moving to Bournemouth in 1994 Tom has a real understanding of the local area and how to work effectively with clients in a very seasonal industry. It was only logical that he worked within Platinum’s Regional Division looking after Dorset and Hampshire.

Social

My Wife would say my order of importance is as follows….Golf, Work, Daughter & Her, but that’s simply not true, I only practice golf 3 days per week !

So as you would expect spending time with my amazing wife and beautiful daughter is the highest priority for me. When not running around doing general day to day routines we’ll be planning our next day of fun. This will usually mean getting away to the great outdoors. When not lovingly chained to my wife and daughter I can be found on the golf course, having played for more than 20 years I spend all of my spare time practicing and playing in golf events locally and around the country.

Why Platinum

The opportunity to work within Platinum couldn’t have come at a more perfect time for me. Over the past 20 years I have worked long hours for some amazing companies and this was a chance to use my skills and apply the same work ethic into a completely different working environment. In Platinum the more you put in the more you get out and I believe as a company it is unrivalled in how they look after each of us as individuals. Every day is a challenge but being amongst some really amazing people and the support we are all given, there simply couldn’t be a better place to work.
