Ollie was a Chef for around 19 years predominantly working to a 3 Rosette/1 Michelin star level in destinations such as Morocco and New York. Sous Chef at the age of 24, Ollie worked at a 1-star restaurant in Winchester and by the age of 26, received his very own Michelin star for his food offering of wild ingredients and offal-based dishes. Ollie recently decided to swap his Chef whites for a well-ironed shirt and join us in Platinum’s Southampton office recruiting Chefs in the area.
