A Glimpse into Nicky’s Career
Nicky started her culinary journey at the prestigious Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town. That training launched her into a catering role at the renowned Singita Private Game Reserve. After moving to the UK, she pursued her love for fine dining. She worked in top kitchens such as Marco Pierre White’s The Yew Tree, Auberge du Lac, and The Bell at Ramsbury. Since 2005, she has built a superb career in professional kitchens. In October 2013, Nicky brought her expertise to Platinum’s Elite Division.
