A Glimpse into Amy’s Career
Amy has spent her career in Southbourne’s independent hospitality scene. She has done it all, managing restaurants, developing menus, and training in natural wines and fine dining. She also worked in a speciality coffee shop that combined expert brews with bespoke floral design. These experiences fuelled her passion for hospitality and inspired her to help others find their dream roles with Platinum.
