A Glimpse into Richard’s Career
Richard began his hospitality career as a waiter and sommelier while studying Hospitality Management at college.
After graduating, he moved into the kitchen, where he worked for 13 years. During this time, he was fortunate to train with inspiring Chefs in venues awarded up to 2 Michelin stars.
When he decided to hang up his chef whites, a new path awaited. In April 2001, Richard stepped into Hospitality Recruitment and has never looked back.
