Natasha’s journey to recruitment is a story of global experience and industry expertise. She spent years travelling across Europe and the UK, climbing the ranks of the hotel industry to General Manager. After making the career switch, she found her perfect fit by returning to her roots, now recruiting for the hospitality sector where her passion truly lies.

On a Personal Note…

Natasha is a busy mother to an 18-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter. The family loves a bit of friendly competition and recently took up darts, adding to their shared love for bowling. When she’s not with the family, Natasha is a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys experimenting with new recipes (though she leaves the baking to others!). She also loves attending music festivals, where she’s often the first one on the dance floor.
