What’s involved?

In this role, you will:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Take charge of all kitchen activities, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of preparation and cooking.
• Team Training and Delegation: Inspire and train your team, delegating tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
• Margin and Costing Management: Leverage your expertise in margin and costing to enhance kitchen productivity and efficiency.
• Supervise Food Service: Lead your team throughout the day.
• Promote Teamwork and Hospitality: Cultivate a positive team spirit, encouraging collaboration and a welcoming atmosphere among your team.
