We’re recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a vibrant residential activity centre in Woodbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef looking for a stable, full-time position in a fun and rewarding environment, catering for children and young people enjoying outdoor stays.

Based in Woodbridge, you’ll take ownership of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals are delivered to large groups. This Head Chef role offers structured split shifts, no late evenings and the chance to develop your leadership skills within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Head Chef, you will:

• Prepare and oversee delivery of nutritious meals
• Cater for dietary, medical and allergen requirements
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
• Lead the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Support and develop junior team members
• Assist within a busy residential environment

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Head Chef, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or senior Chef
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen control
• Confidence leading a team
• Ability to stay organised under pressure
• A flexible, team-focused approach
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable)
