What’s involved?

As the new Head Chef of this Dinning pub, you must have experience in controlling kitchens and have a great understanding of GP and stock management. You will be accountable for smooth running of the kitchen, so it is essential that you are a team player and able to coach the junior members of the team. The company is looking for a passionate Chef with a fresh food background.
