Lead the kitchen of a prestigious hotel and high-quality restaurant, with a talented brigade of 12 and the opportunity to deliver food to a 2-3 Rosette standard.

We’re recruiting a Head Chef to take the lead at one of Wareham’s most distinctive hotel and dining destinations. Set within beautiful surroundings, the hotel is renowned for its exceptional food, with the restaurant offering a refined dining experience and a strong reputation for quality.

As Head Chef, you’ll lead a brigade of 12 and oversee a varied food operation spanning breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and events. Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you’ll take overall responsibility for the kitchen, leading the brigade and maintaining the exceptional standards expected across the hotel’s food operation.

• Lead, motivate and develop a brigade of 12
• Oversee breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and events
• Maintain consistently high food standards in line with 2-3 Rosette expectations
• Drive quality, presentation and consistency across every service
• Develop menus and contribute to the continued evolution of the restaurant’s culinary offering

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced Head Chef with a strong background in quality-driven hotels or restaurants, with the passion and leadership skills to maintain high culinary standards.

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or senior Sous Chef
• Experience working to 2-3 Rosette standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience across a varied hotel or restaurant food operation
• A genuine passion for exceptional food, quality and attention to detail
