Key Responsibilities:
This role involves overseeing the overall kitchen operation, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You will also be responsible for managing staff levels, menu development, and controlling costs.

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary standards.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including stock control and ordering.
• Create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and food safety standards.

What we’re looking for:
We seek a passionate and experienced Head Chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should possess strong leadership skills and a flair for creativity in the kitchen.

• Proven experience in a head chef or senior sous chef role.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• A proactive approach to menu development and cost management.
