What you’ll be doing

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistently high standards:

• Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications and presentation standards
• Ensure ingredients are prepared and available for service
• Monitor quality, flavour, and consistency of all dishes leaving your section
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and food safety standards
• Support stock control and minimise waste
• Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
• Help maintain kitchen standards in the absence of senior chefs

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong line chef within a quality fresh-food kitchen
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen procedures
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
