The role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section while working closely with an experienced Head Chef and kitchen brigade.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Running your section during prep and service
• Preparing fresh dishes using quality ingredients
• Supporting restaurant service and private events
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
• Working efficiently as part of a close-knit kitchen team
• Helping deliver consistently high standards across every service

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Fresh food experience in a busy kitchen
• Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
• Good communication and a team-first attitude
• Own transport is essential due to the location
