Key Responsibilities

As the Chef De Partie, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional food every service by:

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
• Running your own section during busy service periods
• Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation and consistency
• Supporting the kitchen with daily operations
• Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are always met
• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
• Working closely with the brigade to deliver outstanding food and service

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a passionate Chef who enjoys working in a busy, fresh food kitchen.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A genuine team player who thrives in a busy environment
• Experience cooking with fresh produce
• The ability to perform under pressure during high-volume service
• A desire to continue developing your career towards a Junior Sous Chef position
• A full driving licence and own transport, due to the rural location
