Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Chef Patron with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Leading kitchen operations in the absence of the Chef Patron
• Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation and service throughout every sitting
• Assisting with menu and recipe development
• Supporting with food costing and stock management
• Training, mentoring and developing junior members of the kitchen team
• Ensuring the kitchen maintains the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and organisation
• Helping to drive standards and contribute to the restaurant’s ambition for Michelin recognition

We are looking for a Sous Chef with:

• Proven Sous Chef experience within a similar busy restaurant environment
• Experience at 3 AA Rosette or Michelin level would be highly desirable
• A genuine passion for quality food and exceptional standards
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
• A desire to develop professionally and contribute to the continued growth of the restaurant
