About the Role

As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation while helping to lead the team, deliver busy services and manage stock.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef with experience in a quality pub, restaurant or fresh-food kitchen. You’ll be hands-on, organised and confident leading by example, with a genuine passion for great food.
