What you’ll be doing
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen:

• Support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Run sections and maintain high standards during service
• Assist with menu development and daily specials
• Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes
• Support stock control, ordering, and GP awareness
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Chef in a quality kitchen environment
• Strong background working with fresh, seasonal produce
• Passion for food and creative flair
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Own transport required
