As a Chef De Partie, you’ll join a talented team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen producing bespoke food for an exclusive international customer base. Based in Great Dunmow, Essex, you’ll have the opportunity to prepare authentic dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world.

You will:

• Prepare and present consistently high-quality dishes
• Work with fresh, premium produce across a varied menu
