Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie in this holiday park kitchen in Christchurch, you will:
- Prepare and present dishes to a high and consistent standard
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day kitchen operations
- Work closely with the team to deliver efficient service during busy periods
- Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Support junior chefs and help build a positive kitchen culture
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you’ll need:
- Previous experience as a CDP or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
- Confidence working within a busy holiday park or hospitality environment
- A strong team ethic and good communication skills
- A positive attitude with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
