We are recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a range of premium kitchens across the Isle of Wight on a seasonal temporary agency basis through to September. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys the variety of working across different professional kitchens on the Isle of Wight.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across every service.

• Run your designated section confidently during service
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
• Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail
• Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and teams
• Support senior chefs during busy service periods
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Chef de Partie who can hit the ground running.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie level
• Experience in fresh-food, high-volume kitchen environments
• Ability to adapt quickly in new settings
• Strong work ethic and dependable approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine passion for food and hospitality
