Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef De Partie, you’ll play an important role within the kitchen team, including:

• Working a mixture of split and straight shifts
• Running your own section within a busy fresh-food hotel restaurant
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to consistent standards
• Supporting service across the hotel’s restaurant operations
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
• Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade during busy services

What we’re looking for:

To succeed in this Chef De Partie role, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience at Chef De Partie level
• A strong background working with fresh food
• Good organisational and communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• A passion for producing high-quality dishes consistently
