Key Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play an important role in the kitchen by:

• Running your own section and maintaining consistently high standards
• Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh, seasonal produce
• Supporting the senior chefs during busy service
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Assisting with stock control and reducing waste
• Helping to train and support junior members of the team
