Key Responsibilities

As Sous Chef, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the high standards of the kitchen while supporting the wider team.

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team
• Help develop and evolve the menu
• Produce consistently high-quality fine-dining dishes
• Maintain excellent standards across food preparation and service
• Work 48 hours per week across a mixture of split and straight shifts

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced chef with a passion for delivering exceptional food and a strong background in fine dining.

• Previous experience working in a fine-dining kitchen
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
• Experience leading and supporting a kitchen team
• A genuine passion for high-quality food
• Commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, and Weymouth
