What’s involved?
As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver consistently high standards while leading and developing the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the daily operation of the kitchen.
- Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes.
- Training and motivating the kitchen team.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
- Managing stock and minimising waste.
- Helping deliver a smooth and efficient service.
