What’s involved?

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes during service.
• Take responsibility for your section and ensure it is service-ready.
• Help train and support junior members of the kitchen team.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
• Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
• Step up and lead the kitchen when required.
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient service at all times.
