Key Responsibilities:

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality food while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

* Preparing and cooking fresh food to a consistently high standard
* Leading your section during service
* Supporting stock control and ordering processes
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
* Assisting with hospitality and event catering when required
* Working closely with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen brigade

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a busy kitchen
* NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent experience
* Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive attitude and passion for quality food
* A chef looking for a long-term opportunity with progression
