Key Responsibilities:

* Running your own section during service
* Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Supporting junior chefs within the kitchen
* Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
* Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef
* Ensuring consistency and quality across every service

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
* Passion for fresh food and quality cooking
* Ability to work well during busy services
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
