We’re recruiting a Chef de Partie to join a friendly and professional team at a busy holiday park in Cirencester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate CDP looking to develop within a high-volume yet supportive kitchen, with the added benefit of accommodation and an excellent lifestyle location-just a short drive from Swindon and within easy reach of Cheltenham.

Working as a Chef de Partie in this holiday park setting, you’ll be part of a collaborative brigade focused on fresh food, seasonal menus, and consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef de Partie in this holiday park kitchen in Cirencester, you will:

• Prepare and present dishes to a high and consistent standard
• Support the smooth running of day-to-day kitchen operations
• Work closely with the team to deliver efficient service during busy periods
• Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Support junior chefs and help build a positive kitchen culture

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a CDP or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
• Confidence working within a busy holiday park or hospitality environment
• A strong team ethic and good communication skills
• A positive attitude with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
