As Sous Chef, you will:
Ensure every guest interaction is positive and encourages return visits
Manage staff rotas and hours effectively
Support and cover for the Head Chef when needed
Handle all ordering and stock control within budget
Induct and train new team members
Maintain high food safety and health & safety standards
Communicate effectively across departments for smooth service
Support the growth of the private events offering
Undertake any reasonable management requests
