Hourly pay to be discussed based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As Sous Chef, you’ll help lead the kitchen, support the Head Chef and make sure every service runs efficiently.

• Support and lead the kitchen team during busy services

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard

• Help organise preparation and service

• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards

• Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen

• Step up and take responsibility when required

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a confident and hands-on Sous Chef who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a busy kitchen.

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef

• Confident leading a kitchen team

• Strong cooking and organisational skills

• Reliable, hardworking and hands-on

• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen standards

• Passion for quality, traditional pub food
