Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen and ensuring smooth service.

• Overseeing food preparation, cooking and presentation to maintain consistently high standards.

• Assisting with menu development, stock control, ordering and minimising food wastage.
