Key Responsibilities

As Sous Chef, you’ll play an important role in the smooth running of the kitchen, with responsibilities including:

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Following service standards and ensuring consistency across all dishes.
• Deputising for the Head Chef in their absence.
• Supporting and developing junior members of the kitchen team.
• Helping to maintain a positive and organised kitchen environment.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a passionate Chef who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to develop their career further.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience working as a Sous Chef within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A genuine passion for food and delivering consistently high standards.
• The confidence to support the Head Chef and lead the team when required.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
