Key Responsibilities
As Sous Chef, you will support the kitchen and develop into a leadership role:
- Support and deputise for the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Assist with menu planning and development, gaining more autonomy over time
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Support cost control, stock management, and ordering
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Work closely with management to deliver excellent service
