We’re looking for an ambitious Sous Chef in Chichester to join a stunning waterfront dining restaurant, working with the best fresh local fish and seasonal produce. Key Responsibilities

As Sous Chef, you will support the kitchen and develop into a leadership role:

  • Support and deputise for the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
  • Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Assist with menu planning and development, gaining more autonomy over time
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Support cost control, stock management, and ordering
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Work closely with management to deliver excellent service
