What’s involved?

• As an already experienced Sous Chef from a good standard pub or restaurant, you will be the right-hand person to the Head Chef, covering the kitchen in their absence and making things work seamlessly.
• You will have responsibility for motivating and organising the more junior staff as well as jumping in wherever help is required.
• As Sous Chef, you will be happy running the pass and will bring your flair and imagination to the fore to work in conjunction with the Head Chef in creating exciting dishes and specials.
