Key Responsibilities

In this role you’ll be:

• Working 4 x 12 hour shifts (48 hours per week) on a rota basis, with only 1 in 3 weekends required
• Running a high-volume staff restaurant kitchen
• Providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Managing and training a dedicated team
• Ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery

What we’re looking for

To succeed in this role you’ll need:

• Previous Sous Chef experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Contract Catering background (desirable, not essential)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A positive, professional approach to team development
