What’s involved?

• Passion and personal drive
• Lead part of a small friendly team
• Preparing and serving freshly made meals in a high volume
• cleaning duties, food safety, ordering and controlling stock
• Creating specials
• previous experience as a Chef
• To be able to deliver dishes that hit the Head Chefs standards
