What’s involved?
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will have a passion for great food; you’ll be obsessed with using fresh and local ingredients and will have an opportunity to use ingredients grown on site. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and gardeners to create seasonal menu.
You will also support the Head Chef by managing rotas, health & safety compliance, budgeting and working to GP’s.
