Our Client is looking to hire a Senior Sous Chef that will eventually become the Head chef of their award winning Restaurant, You will work and develop alongside a talented and ambitious Head Chef using the best ingredients and delivering amazing quality.

What’s involved?

• Supporting the Head Chef and overseeing kitchen operations.
• Maintaining 2 AA Rosette Standards
• Supervising and guiding junior staff.
• Preparing and cooking dishes to high standards.
• Contributing to menu development and innovation.
• Managing inventory and minimising waste.
• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Checking dish quality before service.
• Coordinating with other kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Assisting in staff training and problem-solving during service.
